Raspberry Truffle Brownies Recipe

Raspberry Truffle Brownies Recipe
Summer get-togethers are not complete without dessert, especially desserts that complement summer favorites like homemade ice cream. The following Raspberry Truffle Brownies are quick and easy due to the versatile Mom’s Brownie Mix, which should be sitting on the pantry shelf; if it isn’t, it can be made quickly. These brownies are special, and fancy enough for company. However, they are also great for taking to parties or pot-luck picnics. The truffle topping is decadent, and the brownies are moist and delicious. Because they utilize that ever-present zucchini and are a good way to use it up, most bakers will want to make these right away. No one will have any idea that they actually contain zucchini.

It's a good idea to cut the cooled brownies into small squares, since they are rich. They look nice on a dessert buffet, and will most likely be devoured immediately. These yummy brownies freeze well, so in the unlikely event that there are leftovers, wrap them well and freeze for another day.
